I have a terrible issue on my site. My .htaccess got wiped and all old URL's before I swapped to wordpress got re indexed. On top of the fact that I am also affected by Penguin. What is the best way to get rid of the old URL's? Bearing in mind that they are linked to and I need the link juice for the other pages so I need to preserve the 301 - I can't just 404. I was tempted to use google's URL removal tool but I was told that woulkd be a mistake.
