    Hi,

I have a video in my niche that's very general but terrific.

I just uploaded it to my brand new channel that I have optimized for a niche keyword.

Would it be OK to upload the same video again to the channel but this time optimize it for another keyword?

The only thing that will be the same is the video - description, tags and titles would be for a different city.

Or would I have to use a new account for It?

    Thanks

yes,but I think it will rank much more better if you upload same video once per account.I have 2 same videos,1-st video uploaded month ago and ranks on 1-st page on where the competition in 100k,2-nd video uploaded 2 weeks later isn't even listed(but maybe because video has 1k+ views, but 100% retention views,1-st video has 100k views 103% retention)

I would take advantage of the youtube editing tool if I was you. You can add a short intro or outro so that the videos are not identical.

supposidly youtube doesnt like videos that look exactly the same (same length and clip) ; i.e. people say youtube doesnt like animoto for this same reason.

If I'm not mistaken, mass video blaster by sodevrom (BHW user here) is capable of mixing the video the way it looks unique for YT, but please check that to make sure.
