Duplicate my App on the Appstore. One app per language

Hi everyone,

I own an app that is in 12 different languages in Europe.
I saw many ressources that it could be smart to rather create 1 app per language.
Same code base, just the different language.

For example:
Name of my niche + French
Name of my niche + German
Name of my niche + Polish

etc...

Does anyone hast experience doing this? Don't I have the risk of getting banned overall?
The reason I have worries is because my app has >30k reviews and 4.8/5 reviews so I have a lot to lose if I get banned.
