Check duplicate meta desciption problem within GSC and find pages affecting duplicate delete or use no index on those pages.

I am already using a unique meta description for all pages, while indexing on google it's showing the homepage meta description on other pages.

using incognito view, when you go to source code of a problematic page, do you see unique description or you see the description from the home page?

what other plugins to you have? maybe your cache plugin is causing the issue?!
