Duplicate Listings Same Business

I have two map listings for the same business.

1 - verified SAB with hidden address (servicing 20kms)
2 - unverified address listed via mapmaker with NAP citations everywhere. (I have no way of verifying this address)

Should I delete one of these listings and have only one? Or keep both? Or do you have any suggestions on how to use both?

I would just keep both if i was in your position.

Hmm it's one of those things, you are probably better off fixing/cleaning this up sooner rather than later. The main issue? NAP inconsistency which can negatively effect your SEO. With the two businesses, perhaps try to add something like "suite 1" at the beginning of the address to avoid duplication. Best of luck.

It is best to keep both as nothing significant will occur. Just don't make multiple duplicates.

If you like to perform seo, do it on one of them only.

I was able to change the address on the verified business. I will remove the unverified listing via mapmaker.
