I''m building 'areas we serve' pages for my website. These pages are designed as SEO landing pages for targeting different suburbs of the same service. The pages are duplicates of one another with a few words (and all tags) changed. Is this okay from an SEO perspective? Do I need to reword/spin the content for each seperate page?

1. ranking 1 page landing pages may be hard depending on the competition in your location. i.e. if you are in NY, then you'll get nowhere.
2. I would target different keywords on each landing page (while I still think ranking 1 page sites won't make it).
3. Maybe it would be best to cover the whole area and focus all your SEO efforts in a rather larger site showing brach office addresses.

Besides, this, it would be hard to say anything else without knowing the specifics of your case.

Can I PM/contact you?

In your particular case, I wouldn't say it would be such a big issue, especially as you're duplicating only some words and not all of them, and you mainly use it for tags. Think you could be pretty relaxed here.
