Duplicate content opinion?

Hello Everyone,

I have a website were I sell a monthly service and it has about 200 unique articles on it related to the service I'm selling. I started another website recently selling the same service (just another doorway) and I was wondering if I would be penalized if I used the articles from site 1 on site 2 without re-writing them?

If you depend on search engines for visits you would not be able to rank the same articles on the new site and your site maybe penalized
