duplicate content issue

hey guys, for a complete wh site I just have a duplicate content issue as each subpage has its own url but the same content except a different contact info on them. what would be the best approach in your opinion? just use canonicals since they are very similar except their address? or any better way to get them to rank individually without the dupe issue?

Get rid of the dup. Why not create unique content as the dup content won't rank anyways or just one page will rank

Yeah sure, because google always gives more priority to fresh, unique and them related content. So always go for some thing new to Google.
