Hi, I have some duplicate content on my website - about 30 articles in total. This duplicate content is a Government handbook so can't be edited and many of the websites in my niche have this content on their websites.
I'm not sure if this content caused a penalty after the last algo update as my site went down a few ranks. My question is, should I leave this content as it is, deindex the pages or get rid of it altogether? Many thanks
