Duplicate content in blog comments

Let's say I have a blog in the health niche that I want to make look more ''alive'' by adding fake comments to it, would it hurt the site (in terms of duplicate content) if the fake comments are copied from forums that are already indexed? For example there's an old thread on how to cure acne and my site has an article on how to cure acne, I take some of the posts on the forum and put them on my blog as comments?

Any chance google will be more forgiving about the content that's located in comments section?

Dup content is only about dup content on your own site.

you can scrape a site and copy word for word and you wont get hit with dup content. Just dont put dup content on your own site.
