    I am in a very competetive business, there are about 10 keywords that most customers use while surfing. Instead of having one website, I want to have 10 websites or pages each optimized for a particular keyword. This way I have a better chance of catching the customer. It's like fishing with 10 hooks instead of one.

    The problem is that 95% of the content would be the same for each of the keyword pages.

    Does anyone have a suggestion for handling something like this?

    how many pages would you need for each website? if you already have one site done, have all the content rewritten (i recommend need an article), or commission new articles based on your kws. its worth it if the traffic is worth it. or you could remix the text you have. or you could try to rank nice parasites as well. there are a million things you could do.

    This is a great idea, Thanks!

    The 95% duplicate content is the meat and potatoes. The difference between the websites (4 to 5 pages each) is mostly Looks, Price, Sales Techniques, and Keywords.

    You have a great idea about adding an article slanted towards the keywords. This will add the differing content and hopefully chaneg the percentage to about 50% duplicate content.

    BTW, what are nice parasites?

    Also, if you have any other ideas, I'm all ears.

    Thanks again...

    Duplicate the page, minus your small changes, verbatim and just use the meta below on all but one of your duplicated pages.

    <META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">

    This will prevent the problems and the content will be far easier on the eye, than using an article twister.

    EDIT: Oops, didn't read enough! Looks like you want them all to be indexed for organics.
