I am a newbie and have a question related to duplicate content.

I am creating a local biz review site.

Suppose, I have a url listing all the restaurants with pagination:
So the main page would be: All Restaurants

Then, in sidebar I am putting links to filter out the restaurants as follows:
Cheap Eats
Premium Restaurants
Take Away

So, should I nofollow the above ones. I want Google to index these pages but will I get a duplicate content penalty because
Cheap Eats + Premium Restaurants + Take Away == All Restaurants

I am about to launch the website so need help.

As long as the content is not copied somewhere else (outside your own site), there's no thing to be worried about duplicate content. You're not syndicating content from someone else's site, are you?

No. not at all. It is a well researched info by me and my friend about the restaurants.

To keep in mind : Duplicate pages = 60% similarity.
So, if you fear that your pages are too similar, insert some introductions contents for example.

Last tip : If you want to rank your website and subpages, be useful to your customer 1st.

My website had penalty for duplicated content, then it disappeared on google. After that I changed content. it apprear on google about 1,5 year later. You should be careful with duplicated content.

There is nothing to worry if you didn?t copy your content from any website..or else try to modify your content to ignore google warning.

Google is always content king they will always look for fresh content.
If you have used fresh content means there will be no problem.
You can check with online tools before proceeding with Google.
