duplicate competitor post from Sitemap

hello
i would like to know its possible to duplicate competitors post from their sitemap exactly when its get updated ? or any way to grab latest post from a website that their new posts not show on main page and duplicate it asap with removing links ? thank you

Of course, make a script that requests the sitemap every x seconds or minutes and compare it with the old one (programmatically obviously) to see if any changes have been made.
