Duplicate Application & Fan Page names?

Hello experts,

I would like to know please,
Is it possible to add a new application that contains the same name of an active one in facebook?

In the developers area, I created a few applications with similar names (exact), as other ones.
Now, can these be published? and have the same name?
Same thing for fan pages...

Please let me know facebook's policy & how this thing works if you can.
