Duplicate a specific competitors page. (WP)

Hello, i was just curious is there a way or a plugin which i can use where i post a specific link, that then creates a post on my wordpress with the content, keywords, meta and images used? The reason for this is im looking not to duplicate the content, so even if its just keywords, meta and images downloaded. The content is fine i can sort that its just the keywords, meta and images are taking the time?
