Dump question about dns

I have domain on namecheap and hosting on namecheap i linked it together with dns and created my website
now linked it with cloudflare
cloudflare asked me to change dns from namecheap dns to their dns
I did that and the website still linked to my namecheap host and it work fine
how that happen?
and how can i link future domain directly to cloudflare before namecheap

But really, cloudflare just took/copied your dns details and applied them to your domain on cloudflare, nothing special.

how can I link cloudflare dns directly after i buy the domain or i have to link it to my host first then cloudflare

The easiest way is to link it to your host first and then a day later to cloudflare for automatic dns config. But yes you can link it to cloudflare and manually set up the dns configurations that your host provides, a bit more tricky the first times if you never done it before though.

Found that cloudflare give new DNS each time so I cant do that in bulk
