Dumbo needs help with Ahref

Hi,
I have just realised that I have been charged £160 for Ahref.
I have opened 2 accounts with them for a small gig job. When I tried to have a 3rd time I got banned, but the trial was activated needless to say... I couldn't cancel subscription as I was banned. I cancelled my bank card and thought all is well.
Dumb me had a rude awakening.
My question is how do I get it cancelled now? No way I'm paying that money again.

Wow man they're not allowed to do that. They can ban you but not charge you at the same time. If they charge you, then you gotta be able to use the service.

I was a bit miffed too, trouble is that I used different credentials, but of course same bank card, I have only 2. I doubt I can bash the table at their costumer service
I don't know how to riggle out. I know I am dumb.
That 3rd account doesn't even exist, can't even login.

Message them from a new email address, and ask them why you had your payment activated on an account that has been closed?

You MIGHT be able to get an answer, and see if anything can be done, but like many places now, its a dark void you will face of nothingness in terms of customer service if you already abused a service.
