    Hi.

I just bought a second hand laptop, and it stated : " the hard drive has been wiped, ready for instillation"

So do i now have to buy a Toshiba installation disc? Or a windows system disc?

As you see, im a total dumbass with anything technical :)

You need a windows system disk to install on it. It's ready for an operating system to be installed on it
