Dumb question - changing YT channel owner?

What a dumb system!
I created brand account.
Then moved that old channel to new brand account. It asked to delete that newly created channel on brand account.
After that i got msg to create new channel. I do not need to create any new channel, i only moving old one.
So i pressed cancel.
And after that i cannot access YT at all and have only this:

I dont have a lot of time to look into it deeper right now, but you dont need to create a new brand account, you can take an already existing account and switch it to a brand account:

Check settings in Youtube studio, not there.

Settings was right. I do not has managers option because that channel was not on a Brand account.

No, as i see in your img. You are checking the wrong Settings section.
Real Settings where you can move channel is in youtube studio.
Youtube -> youtube studio -> settings..
Not Youtube -> settings

I checked there also. There was some option to invite user, but not as owner.
So i made Brand account and moved channel to that account, and added new user as owner.
Now should wait for 7 days to change to primary owner.

I have moved two channels to another email this month. First i create a brand account. Then move the channel to the brand account. Then once the channel is under brand account you go to permissions and and invite the new email as owner. After 7days youtube will allow you make the new email as primary owner. Then you log into the new email and remove the old one

This is exactly what i did.
Primary problem was i do not had option of permissions because there was no brand account.

Is any way working on 2021 to transfer YT channel from one account to another ?

If you move a channel to a brand account, does It change the Google email used to sign in?

No. But if you add someone to the channel he can use his own email to login.
