Dumb question about link shortener.

So like the title goes, I got a pretty dumb question, but Google was zero help with this, so I'm asking here. So to the point.

Can we use multiple ppc link shortening tools on the same link? If not, why?

For example, could I take "insert anything" dot com and use 2-5 different ad**y type services for that one link, so each click is earning potential 2-5x the norm.

Obviously I'm expecting a no, but I'd really like to know why.

I read through the ToS for fasli, and it says nothing about using 2 or more at once. I guess what my real question is, is do all of these ppc links work the same as far as being able to tell what type of traffiI'm sending ? "job application" traffic for example. My first idea was to create a bs site and ad on CL about a job, and lead them through some clicks via Google docs because that seems to be working. I'm just trying to get a couple 100 for other real methods.

you will not make a lot of money using link shorterner to be honest unless if you know SEO

Without saying too much, I have a twist to the above I mentioned to generate atleast 2k clicks a day. I'm planning on using a ppd without surveys for more profit. Like I said, I'm only looking to get a few hundred in the next couple weeks for better methods that require investments for proxies and domains etc. I'm just wondering how good the companies are at actually monitoring stuff like this. I've been reading more ToS, and while it does violate the "no spam" part, as I understand it, Google docs sort of hides it right?
