I never really tried cookie stuffing before but lets say I used an I frame on a site like this <iframe src="hxxp://whatevermydomainis.com" width="1" height="1" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe> opening my page then on that frame I forced a cookie using
    <iframe src="hxxp://affiliateinfo.coml" width="1" height="1" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

and I had lots of non forced traffic making my ctr about 15% do you think I'd have anything to wory about with lets say ebay or amazon?

I only asked is I found a very popular site to to put the iframe on without any notice

I don't remember who said this but someone on this forum said to keep the ctr to below 10% so no red flags are brought up by ebay or amazon

I would go down to 8%. The further under the radar you go, the less likey that you will raise a red flag.
