Dude Tried to Scam Me - seeking advice

I got a call yesterday asking about my brother and some pending legal matter. I could smell a scam a mile away so I played along.

When I was done asking a million questions, they finally gave up and said they needed to call me back.

Anyone have some good ideas on how i can get off his phone list.
