My websites all rank on the first page of duckduckgo but only 1 ranks on the first page of Google. It seems like Google for the most part is very unfair.

Google gives more priority for various factors - keywords placement, Content on your page, backlinks, domain values.
Thebother search engines like Bing, duckduckgo gives more values for exact domain name, keyword placement on meta tag, header tags, and few more values

I just checked few keywrods and DDG shows more shitty and spammy sites on the first page. google gives better results.

Big 'G' focuses a tonne of things to rank and our site have to cross all the things and it takes time and money

not weird, they have diff metric and duck duck go si more lenient.
the current situation duckduckgo and other search engine need to pull webmaster to use their search engine for better accuracy and result.
as google they don't care at all, they already establlish name and now all webmaster is flocking to it., so their piority is filtering website and make it harder to rank, to make sure search result is accurate and good.(and earn them bilion $$$)
