Index it at Bing and it will be visible at DuckDuck.

At bing you can submit from 10 upto 10 000 per site, depends on site age, backlinks, visibility. Duckduck gets results from bing, you can check this by serching some keywords

Why would anyone bother to index on DDG?

You should only index on Google and Bing. Every other search engine follows their results even if you rank for a medium tail keyword.

just index it on google and wait about a month even less and you will also be on duckduckgo.

From Wikipedia:

DuckDuckGo's results are a compilation of "over 400" sources, including Yahoo! Search BOSS, Wolfram Alpha, Bing, Yandex, its own web crawler (the DuckDuckBot) and others.

So maybe try pinging Bing and Yandex

Just try and submit it in google and bing it’ll automatically come there

The things you index on either Google or Bing will most likely be indexed on Duckduckgo. Same as when you index on Google, it will most likely be indexed on Bing.

DDG is basically an aggregator... they pull their results from a number of sources.
Just get indexed in google, bing, yandex and you'll be on ddg.
