Hi there, I got the idea of documenting my journey on the business world.
I want to share:
-Things I have already done.
-Things I am working in.
-Things to do in future.

Working in your own business is hard. And will take a good part of your day.
You have to think, improve, sell, learn (and more).
It has helped me to always remember my goals.
Once you meet the goal there is a bigger one you can pursue. And a new challenge!!

There is money to be done everywhere.
Indifferent of the niche and location you are living. You will always have the chance of making money (or more money).
In my case is Short term rentals. (Which is relatively a new industry).

I am not the most avid writer but I hope that:
This reading is interesting for some.
That I can provide good information to you.
I can improve with every post on my delivery

On a private message (bhw) I was asked about how to start on the niche I am.
I believe that this steps will be for every niche or career.

In the message I just threw some information (the quotes under) without asking his precise interés and needs.

That's why, to my previous message, would like to add that it depends on the GOALS & OBJECTIVES that we have.

Let me expand:
We all have different needs and interests, but our objective is to make money.
We all have different goals, horizons, risk tolerance and approaches.
And all of this enter in 3 (time related) categories.

-Short term.
-Medium term.
-Long term.

If you need to pay rent or you get kicked out probably you are looking for something different that someone thinking of their retirement plans with piña colada.

Understanding on which category we are makes everything easier.

I don't have resources to share, reading books, watching videos and trial and error have been my mentors.
This would be my formula to use (and that I am using to expand) for a business.

I will make some assumption for the list below.
*. You have no experience
*. No skill on programming or
*. Starting the business as a long term investment
*. Build pillar of business while you learn

If I was starting from scratch, without anything to prove.
A.
Will decide the way I'm going to reach out to the potential client. (Consider cost/time)
First I will be mentally prepared for rejection. Of 1000 people you ask you can get 4 to 10 interested.
B.
I will focus on making a product that solves people's problem.
Why should they come to me? What problem am I solving to them? Why they should trust me on this?
C.
Create a script to follow with potential owners and go polishing it. Understand when you gain them or lose them.
Offer a guarantee that people are willing to take the risk with you. (Long term)
D.
Focus on quality. More than quantity.
If you think you can handle 10 properties CAP yourself to half and over deliver on those.
This helps you have proof for future clients.
E.
Get feedback. Focus on improving your service (and business) by asking people suggestions on this.
Follow the ones that come often and can give you a bigger ROI of your efforts.

Hope this reading has been interesting.

I ask you for 20 seconds to write me some feedback (below or on private) will help me to keep improving!

Also any questions I will aim to answer them!
