Dsparking???

It looks that my computer has been infected with malware,

all empty or unregistered domains redirect to DSparking.com (don't visit this site)
Can someone help to remove this? i did search on google and tried saveral ways but still no success.
i myself use OPERA browser, but still use chrome and mozilla, but all browsers get affected.
i am using windows 7 64bit, with malwarebytes pro and avast installed. those can't detect/fix this issue.
