Hello, I have just emailed but posting here as well just in case - would love a free trial.

so after woked years with them , today I asked for trial .... they said ok it cost $15 ... sent them 15 .... and they said ok on what city you need trial .... basically their trial is not a trial .... is just bs .... asked for refund .... no refund is not possible because i have to email them and wait for them 48 hours to process a damn $15 refund even if in this thread they say 24 hours .....well it seems after they get the money everything changes, asked to pay them difference and get one day trial for other service ... guess what ... is not possible to pay directly ... but for forst trial it was possible to pay directly.... when someone ask for a trial and you have different trials just say which trial this or this .... dont fk up people .... you offer trials with payment next day ? or plans with payments next day ? i dont think so .... i want my refund exactly how i paid you ... same day.... not emailing and such bullshit ... it wasnt my fault because you cant explain what trials you have ...... and is not my fault because support person checked my account and his conclusion was that i want to get 4g and one location when you offer different services ...... so enjoy those $15 drink coffess or whatever

Hello Sir, the latency really depends on the selected proxy and other conditions. Sometimes, when weather is bad, wireless proxies have really big latency numbers; however, DSL proxies usually have much smaller latency, but we never collected such statistics, so we don't have the exact number for you, sorry. Could you tell us a bit more why it's important for you? Maybe we could come up with solution.

Hello Sir, we are really sorry about your experience with the regular manual service; however, we are panel.dslrentals.com service, which is different - it is fully automated. If you go to our website panel.dslrentals.com you can purchase a Key for 1 day for $24, which is the smallest possible purchase aomunt. Panel.dslrentals.com service does not offer anything below that amount, we are a different service from the manual one that you mentioned.
