Hello, yes, this is all our IP pools combined, we make this approximation based on the number of available lines and IPs per each line.

Hello, "pin" just means that you will have several keys accessible in a single panel interface, they will not change IP at the same time. This is just for the User Interface convenience.

Do you guys have a way to rotate your IP by simply using a API URL? I can simply just visit the URL with my key each time I need the IP changed automatically

So if I enter the control panel with key 1 and pin keys 2 and 3 in the UI, next time I will see all my pinned keys on a single page, no matter which of these keys (1, 2 or 3) my team will use to enter the UI?
