in situation if I have purchased a key and I need proxy lines of specific Internet provider and location, and that provider's service is temporarily down in that location (it can happen, right?), can I freeze my usage time or request additional day of service?

We have Android app only, but you may use other apps on iOS and Android. Some people use "College Proxy" for Android, but we are not sure what's available iOS.
