No, only chrome and android app. But you can use proxy without an app, just put the right browser settings for Firefox.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM
My last review while switching to a better provider:
This guys are a joke. Unorganized, arrogant, failure rate are high. I used them now a couple of month and almost each time i was extending my line i had a issue, had to open ticket. Try to message in skype, there they first ignored me then telling me use the ticket system, or email. Sales email told me use skype and so on. Could kind of working with it but always lost days bc of some errors. First time they gave me more days but after they just ignored my tickets to extend the missing days. The last trouble i had with these clowns was, there rogers IP range is blacklisted on certain websites i need to sign up to. So i got an email they telling me they offer freedom mobile. So i message them and of course.. they told me they dont have it. So i thought, might i try their Wind (telekom) 4g mobile proxy line. I purchased it for one week, after 24 hours after i open a ticket where is my wind line they told me that they have extended my rogers one. Even i send them a copy what i ordered they literally dont care. So i wrote 2 tickets back and repeat saying with BIG letters give me my damn wind line because i cant use rogers. The last one i told them i want a refund if they dont follow up. The only answer i got was "Good luck, and your money is refunded. My advise is: IF you need clean work stay away from them. They are NOT professional. Bunch of unorganized clowns dont even know what tools they should use to do a proper customer support. Even the way how they write you back. Like you talk to someone from the street. Never again! Lucky for them i dont even open more cases . ... i actually could. I guess after this post they start lying again with excuses ... i have screenshots from all conversations!

Hello, this thread is about panel.dslrentals.com service, not anything else.
There are 2 different systems. This thread is about a fully automated panel & plugin, while you are working with manual system (regular dslrentals.com website), and you need to wait for manual respond, which will take place after the weekend.
