We have thousands of IPs available, but they all come from dynamic proxies. Each proxy can give you anywhere around 800 unique IPs (rough estimation). So if you see 10 proxies available there are 8000 unique ips available.

It is virtually impossible to exhaust the whole pool, since those 800 IPs are also rotating (but this is controlled by the ISP).
