I ordered a canada 4G mobile IP for 7 days.. not working since 3 days actually never worked, their respond they have technical difficulties they "might switch the locations". After now the 3rd day their customer support on skype stop answer questions. Wasted 3 days of my work as i couldnt use them. What a joke! I wrote them now i want that fixed or switched worst case refund but then i will post in every forum they are. Will post their answer ...

I dont understand what you are saying i ordered a mobile 4G proxy access (link) over the panel from your website. At least you could be honest that your customer support team messed something up beeing not available for a few days otherwise i would not post the issue here in the forum. Yes you fixed all my issue yesterday and add more days so i can use it for the full 7 days i paid for. Just work on your customer support team to answer customer question when they open ticket then you can avoid this.
