I have heard a lot of talk on the forum lately bout people using DSL for the purpose of disconnecting to retrieve a new IP instead of using proxies. Is this really a useful solution? As a cable subscriber tired of battling with proxies, I am quite curious as to how well this method works.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Dsl works great with facebook. We have numerous clients that are successfully managing and creating accounts via dsl. Originally we were concerned that the account would become disabled because the ip would be different each time but we have not seen this as an issue. Dsl is perfect for creating accounts as it only takes 5 seconds to get a new ip and when ur running an account creation bot access to and unlimited ip pool is key!

you are good with big service providers becuse they practically cant ban there ips so... dsl is cool

Yep. I'm also using dsl with FB, no issues......works great.

Thanks for the input guys.... About how many IPs can you go through a day with a dsl service in a mid-sized city?
I am seriously considering subscribing to DSL just for use with FB bots, cause proxies are just falling apart these days.
