Started another one-product dropshipping store, decided why not create a new journey thread.
Been operating for 3 days, running FB ads atm, 5 adsets with $6 USD budget each.
It's a saturated product but I just want to see if I can make it work.

Current Sales: 1
Current Revenue: $89.97 (customer bought 3 products)
Current Profit: $14.84

If anyone has any general advice, please help me out.
Trying my best to make this work out this time.

These are my current ad statistics after running for 2 days.

The $ figures are in AUD, reduce it by around 40% to figure out the rough USD value.

The great start. I wish you all the best. I'm following.

Thanks Zarre.
My biggest issue usually is giving up on something and moving to something else quite quickly. If I can stick to this, hopefully I can start making a profit but honestly, I would be happy with this store breaking even. It's a practical way for me to learn. :)

Are you doing retargeting(vv, wv, atc...)?
Are you shipping from aliexpress ?

It looks really great, good luck with your journey ;)

Can I have a question? How long your products ship to customer in average?

Where are the conversions?

This is today and yesterdays results.
Top one is a CBO campaign with 3 adsets. Second one is my retargeting campaign.

I'm using an Aliexpress seller that offers US shipping to US and China shipping to all other countries. The US shipping is via USPS so I am assuming 4-7 days. For China shipping it can really vary atm due to COVID-19. I estimate 10 - 30 days.

Made 2 sales today. Going to start creating the marketing email campaign now.
Currently in negative profits, but I'm testing ads so idk what to think.

Current Sales: 3
Current Revenue: $149.95
Amount spent on FB Ads: $136.66
Cost of Goods Sold: $52.5
Current Profit: -$39.15

Anyone have any advice?

Should I create a lookalike audience using view contents, or is that not such a good idea?

But maybe you can try with 95% video views lookalike.

I think my creative might be an issue seeing that I don't get many video plays at 95%.
And this is the first time I've used a CBO campaign, jeez. It has really dumped most of the budget into one adset.

Then you have to test more creatives with the same audience.

Okay, I've had one purchase today but on Facebook it says I have had 2.
The 2nd purchase is meant to be a $98 purchase which would definitely allow me to breakeven today, but for some reason it is not showing up on Shopify.
Is this a shopify issue or Facebook glitch?

Thanks, kinda confused about this still though:
