Drupal SEO expert needed - long term contract

we need to hire an experienced SEO professional, who can help us boosting rankings of a website, built with Drupal.
Only White Hat SEO.
The site is one of the oldest, biggest and most reputable in the industry, and despite this it's still not well ranked in Google. There must be something wrong, and we need help for this.
