Do you know anything about dropshipping potentially copywrited items? I'm looking at asian suppliers and have no way of knowing if their products breach copywrite laws, but would I be liable as the middleman in any way if they did?

i Have 1 dropship bussines which i might sell since i got into brand labeling. but about the dropship you should be good about selling anything if you're going to sell brand items just be carefull with paypal.
and if you make it big becarefull with catching big companies attention of the brand you're selling.

Use common sense. If you think its copywright dont sell. You can get problems with it. In my country (netherlamds) you are liable as the middleman i dont know where you're from.

If you think that it is not right, do not do it. No sense in taking chances of being caught as the middleman.

Not sure I understand why you want to sell copies, as it's risky. Isn't it better to sell no name products like the rest do. Here are some ideas for instance https:// market.dropwow.com/blog/best-dropshipping-niche
