How to ensure that my item has been delivered and has been delivered undamaged? I am willing to dropship on ebay, but i am afraid i might screw some things up. Any ideas?

Use a dropshipper which supplies tracking.

Damage wise, sometimes it happens even if the packaging is really good. Just pick a decent dropshipper who knows what they're doing.

First of all, how can i find a supplier? i dunno how, i suppose i go for example to alibaba and have a real time conversation with a supplier, so we can discuss how he can drop ship?

Finding a reliable drop shipper can be difficult! What I do and suggest try is to initially have the item shipped to you and then you reship to your customer. This way you can see the product, see how it's packaged, etc. Once you've satisfied yourself that everything seems fine, have the products drop shipped. Another method I've used is having the item drop shipped to someone I know. For example, I bought a watch from a supplier and had it drop shipped to my son who lives in another state.

It might be difficult to find reliable supplier. And there is always chance that your post will be damaged. As I work with AliExpress, I can tell you that I always can write to my supplier in case my client did not receive the order or is not satisfied with his purchase, I follow AliExpress Buyers Protection Policy.
