Confusing Question, make it clear what you are actually asking for.

If you have a confirmed bank account, you will be able to spend pending balances to pay for their order.
This way you won't need any budget beforehand

Good Luck!

Shopify payments will deposit in your account 3 days after receiving funds. Still not immediate, however it is faster than PayPal.

Sounds like you are talking about a cash flow issue, correct me if i am wrong but you want to know how to pay for an item if the money is pending in your bank account. EXAMPLE - John buys an item from your store and pays $20, you go to aliexpress and buy item for $5. You still dont have the money John paid because it takes a number of days to clear and show in your bank account or Paypal account. I am guessing you want to know how to handle this if for instance you get a 100 orders and only have enough money to purchase 10 orders from suppliers in your bank account ?

Are you 18+? You could get a credit card so you increase your cashflow.

yes i have this problem... is there any way to solve this?

Typically companies delay delivery to solve cash flow issues. To use jeffro89 example...

ie: John buys from your store and deposits $20, this takes 7 days to clear.
You go to to Aliexpress where product costs $5 and takes another 7 days to ship.
That is 14 days.

You tell customer you aim to have the product delivered within 30 days.

That is the 7 days while you wait for the money to clear, then you place the order + 7 days delivery (then double that for unexpected circumstances)
So the client will not be complaining until after 30 days and you should be able to deliver in about 14

Wait, seriously? Source?
Another way is to open a squareup store and sell products that you want.

Great thing about square is that they have an instant deposit feature, just make sure you cover your loses on squares credit card and instant deposit fee, it's 3.7%+$0.30 per transactions.

Instant deposit the funds and keep the markup. Make sure to put in your tos that you keep inventory at againA FBA for faster shipping times.
