Dropshipping with not original clothes

I have ask for you, If i'm dropshipper and i'm selling not original clothes of top street brands so who are
responsible for this ? I or my supplier ?
Can i write rules page for protect yourself against the risk?

Wouldn't advise it. I lost a PayPal account / eBay account behind that type of shit (fake dunks) back in early 2000s and they wouldn't let me open a new PayPal account for years. Was a total pain in the ass.. Not to mention the legal ramifications if they pop you.

This is weird, on aliexpress that auction is for months. Its possible that brand don't have legal protection ?
Maybe i can send you PM with brand name and aliexpress auction? regards
