I found a very good seller on ebay that has $0.99 items and i would like to sell them on my account. Do you think this is wise? dropshipping from ebay while selling it on ebay?

Ebay is full of crazy people...i know that i can get sales on this and even if i don't what do i lose? just 1 minute out of my day.
If you were interested in this method, just buy in bulk from a Chinese seller and sell it local within your country (on your eBay) - people will pay 20% more for a local purchase that they know won't take a month to get to them. All you have to do is increase your profit margin by buying more and getting a larger discount.

this 100% won't work. no seller worth his salt will send to an unconfirmed paypal address. a modification is sell on ebay buy on amazon. but customers dont like when they get an item in an amazon box with an invoice showing how much you paid.
edit to add: i'd bet dollars to doughnuts the guy selling is from china already. he's sending an epacket which would take so long to get to your buyer it'd kill your DSRs
you're on the right track of getting your mind thinking, but need to look for better spots than these and minimal 40cent profit per item.

You wrong buddy..Loads of sellers ship to unconfirmed address on eBay...I have ordered hundreds of items and got it shipped to unconfirmed address.
Also, when you purchase on amazon, there is a gift option, that will insure no invoice and no amazon advertising. Additionally, I email the seller after purchasing telling them not to include any invoice and ads on the package.

I agree with the above. You should drop ship from amazon to ebay or vice versa. I have done this before and it can prove VERY profitable. The ONLY issue with this is the fact that you are relying on other people, and ofcourse this will cause you some problems down the road.

You really don't understand E BAYs methods. I have been selling for years and only 1% of my products are the lowest price. Many are DOUBLE the lowest price. Each time you search for items for sale you get different sellers. E BAY show you the results they want to show you. Computers are fair and logical but the programers are not.
Not only that but people are stupid. They are at work and hate thier lives/jobs so they spend money to forget about the crap. Buying stuff quickly is the goal, NOT getting the best price.
AND yes, I have done this method. There are some guys who have the LOWEST prices on eb ay. I find it is best to ask the seller if they can please not send a receipt with the item. So the buyer will not notice it was cheaper and from another seller. Once the seller says yes then I put him on my list.
I haven't done this method in over 2 years. There are even better ways to make money on e bay. ;-)

Dropshipping is a great way to start on ebay but beaware that low cost items dont have tracking and you may have to wait 21 days for you money
The only thing you are missing is that there are some super-savvy sellers who have better selling techniques and are able to resell items for a slightly hgher price than the 'original' seller but can achieve higher sales volumes. Therefore the 'original' seller AND the reseller can both profit - it's actually win win. You can't do it with all products, but there are some where people are more flexible on price ranges.
