Hey everyone,

My friend wants to start selling stuff in the US and since neither of us really knows much about it, I decided to ask here for the help. Her plan would be to buy different kind of products, but mostly clothes, and to have them handled by dropshipping company. She would have her own website where she would post her products and sell them there.

Now I am wondering one thing: how "legal" is it? Does she need any special permission to sell things like that? What about taxes? I need as much information as I can get since she is really into it and I'd love to help out as much as I can.

taxesare alocal thing and would depend on your set up

re products just keep searching there are plenty of great drop shippers out there

She can't be "that into it" if she is unable to find any information. Searching Google or even this forum will tell you everything you need.

Usually no need to consider the legal issues, unless it is well-known brand。
you also do not consider taxes, only need to consider shipping.
