Dropshipping Question

Hi, so I found a good product on Alibaba and I have just the audience for it. I know I can sell it.

Question is, is it a feasible type of business for the provider? I mean those people sell products in thousands, would they really keep bothering with my one by one orders? Am I to expect them to refuse my 1 piece orders after a while?

I am about to contact the supplier. I just need to know whether I should tell them I intend to dropship or not.

alibaba normally do not accept 1 order,u can try aliexpress if u wan 1 order,but i have seen many negative feedback on aliexpress.Aliexpress shipping was worst than ever.

Forgive my ignorance, but if you plan on dropshipping, don't you pretty much HAVE to tell the supplier? I mean, I suppose you could set up some system that fills an order with the supplier using the customer's details but it would seem as though things like handling returns and such would be a nightmare. Would love to be wrong though, dropshipping would become more attractive to me if there were ways of doing it without prior consent of supplier.
