DropShipping problemo! :(

I am just configuring my dropshipping store. I have woocommerce installed and ali2woo plugin too.
Now I came to the situation that I don't know what to do or think...

i thought aliexpress would pay me a commission if someone buys a product from my web store.
i thought that when the buyer buys the staff from my it would pay the product price straight to the aliexpress vendor and they will send the staff automatically.

But it seems when someone buys from my web store, i personally have to buy the products using my credit card.
So the only commission i would get is the if aliexpress product price is example: 5 dollars and i would change the products price to 10 dollars. So i would have to increase the products price to get profit.

I don't want to do that! I wanted only, that i would get commission from each sell. That would by 0.5 - 5%.
I wanted that i just have web store, where is some cool products and people would buy those with right and non-cheating price!

This dropshipping thing don't work in my country, because people will buy the staff straight from the Ali, Ebay or Wish already. So it's almost impossible to get buyers this way.

Does this commission thing only work with Amazon?

Dropshipping and getting commission for goods sold are 2 completely different things.

And if you think that selling products for 50-100% of the suppliers cost is cheating then I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you wont get far in his IM game.

No, it doesn't work just with Amazon, you can search other sellers and get a % of the sales. Just that you need to search and email them.

yeah i know what is dropshipping. i have sold in Ebay 3000€ of staff and i got good money from that.
The problem is just that, i thought that there is some commission thing, where i just insert products and i would get the commission that way.

I think every person who are doing dropshipping would have to understand that what people are doing, it's not going to stay long. People are figuring out, that people are scamming them.
Like i said, in my country. EVERYBODY knows already, that webstores are scamming them. this topic has been talked in local news for many years and people are buying the staff in local stores or straight from the Aliexpress or Ebay.

What you have is a dropshipping store. Not an affiliate store.
If you are not interested to buy products yourself then you can hire a web developer to transform your dropshipping store to affiliate store

yep and it seems the only solution for that is maybe Amazon affiliate store or Clickbank or similar.
There comes the problem with high shipping cost and if the product price is over 50€. The buyer have to buy tax to the local customs (+24%) to even get the product out.

it is easier to sell and market the products here. Because there isn't so much competition. There is none this kind of sellers.

If you worry about the pricing then you simply can use some cashback programs which support aliexpress but you will still need to pay with your own money first. No idea why you only want to earn 0,5-5% if you can get way more with exact same method

Good point! But I don't want to deal with money like the last time it went so risky with Ebay... So many products somewhere in the world. PayPal was asking questions and Ebay wanted proof and buyers wanted the product next day when bought the item.
I like to by steady as river and almost automatic! Because i have other projects too.

of course.... .... the only solution is the amazon affi then

You can get cashback with admitad. I you were using Shopify + Oberlo it would be automatically linked when you buy "staff" for your customers.
But since it's not the case, I don't know if Woocommerce allows this.

People are figuring out? Scamming? And yet Aliexpress is making millions per day How were you making money on eBay? Bought for less and sold for more?

I recommend you do a lot of research so you can understand better the fundamentals of eCommerce.

I think you are a bit confuse about the meaning between dropshipping and affliate marketing.

Yes aliexpress is making millions, because people buy from there straight. I understand the current fundamentals, but the fundamentals are changing and that can by seen in my country.
They buy the staff directly from the cheapest vendors, not the highest. Regular dropshippers, shopify and similar they don't going to last. Those last of course, if they have product what can't by found in the aliexpress or ebay.

Ebay method was i bought from other place for cheaper and that i just sent forward to the buyer. Simple dropshipping method, but i don't see future in this. That's the point

well, I does into dropshop but not say everyday got sales , is like once in blue moon.
I also think like this in the first place come drop shipping .

Make it simple u are so call middle man trying to marketing that supplier products despite
they openly also selling it , like people just go straight to Amazon, Aliexpress etc to buy
why need to buy from us do dropshipping as we charge higher than the supplier selling price openly.

This don't make sense, slowly I learn and see we buying our daily grocceries , foods etc
the rental shop owner also get from supplier at low cost than mark up high to see to us. for profits.

they also doing drop ship in some sense , just that their item is not say openly sell to public just want to buy
one item or two. That's depend . Come festival seasons some food suppliers does open their door
selling to public , no restrict , if u just buy one item or so .

I slowly learn some drop shipper work like this, they tell supplier put their brand logo on it
but condition is they order big order for themselves. The risk here is , if the item never sell off
will be wasted there , losses.

good is that item got their own logo, brand . This is why I noticed why two same item selling online
with different logo some without , is literally all the same from the same supplier for some.

I happen to see one successful drop shipper , They just sell one item, which is quite unique .
is a Pen like that , i forget , think is vaper or some gadget .

Not just them, I also happen to see quite a lot just sell one unqiue item on their site.

Maybe they got many site but every site just concentrate one item.

He help me alot and also guide me. I does ask him same question in the first place
why people will want to buy from us , whereas they surf around just go amazon , aliexpress , Alibaba , taobao
etc buy straight from there.

He told me , is not everyone will be like this. Some buyers don't even know what is Aliexpress , Alibaba , taobao etc
make it easy , like surfing information online is not everyone will go to the same site read

For Asian folks, I have to say a lot know it since is from China and yes they will just go straight there buy
but however , they still buy from drop shipper. Which I see from those 3rd party online store by companies .
I check the listing there , images, description etc all the same , literally the item they get from Aliexpress , Alibaba
etc side and mark up high selling in the 3rd party online store listed there still got people buying it.


Now I just continue do despite no much sales ,
two time is hard slowly I know is finding a Good product , next is the price how to mark up

I compare mark up price to Amazon , there , the sellers also take the product from China supplier and selling there
is cheaper than my offer.

I still need to learn a lot etc , how to get buyers . I does use Ad but not say successful.

Ad also tricky , and actually is complicated , have to do A/B test , how u write , present etc

for me , I just want to get more organic traffic .
presently I never Buy any ad etc

just want to get traffic
