Dropshipping issue

Hi I want to start drop shipping but I don't know how its start the only thing that I have ecommerce website I want to sell underwear for both gender I see aliexpress but I don't how to start my budget is 30 dollar that's all
And I live in country that PayPal is big issue
What can I do?

Have u tried another site similiar with aliexpress? about payment, u can use another payment method..
 
Find out what types of payment method available in your country.
 
I can receive payment in my PayPal account but its need 7 days to withdraw into my visa card
If a customer pay I need to buy the product directly from visacard and my budget is 30 dollar only
 
Here is my advise...
1-Get stripe, its the best payment solution on the planet now lol
2-To get a working USA account, go for payoneer...and link that to your stripe account to get paid instantly
3-To get EIN, just go to the IRS website, register for an EIN (Equivalent of SSN) and use that plus your payoneer account to make sure stripe works flawlessly.

Thats all...so to recap
1-You need stripe, but to get stripe working you need a USA account, and an EIN. To get a US account, use payoneer and to get an EIN apply for one at the IRS.gov website.

Make them pay to your bank account. Then buy the products with your visa. Takes like couple days to money to show on your bank account.

People say you can not refund customers using Payoneer. Do you know how to get around this issue?
 
Sorry to burst your bubble but $30 is way too little to start dropshipping. You do know that there is a big chance that PP will freeze your funds for 21 days max for the first 180 days right?

Yes you can't refund with payoneer, so you need to always leave some money on your stripe account, also, disable automatic depositing of funds in your account, and let it be manual..
