Dropshipping in morroco

So i decided after some deliberation that i will start dropshipping in morroco, after i saw some golden opportunities in here. But i have few questions thought:
-how can i estimates customs and legal fees i will pay(TVA, Douanes, etc) when my products will be shipped?
-Do i need to be legally allowed to do this? Do i need to make authorization and other legal procedures in order to dropship?
