Hi, I would like to start dropshipping via shopify(oberlo) - worldwide.
I have my store done and I just need to pay for shopify subscription.
My question is: Is it legal to dropship from china to EU?

I'm from the Czech republic. Is here someone who knows?
Invoices: Ali Invoice and Invoice hero.

PS: Is here someone I could send my store to just check it?

Thanks you.

Dropshipping is legal, don't worry.

If you'd like, I can take a look at your store. Would love to help.

Hi, thanks for reply. How can I send the link? It is not allowed here

Hey dropshipping is legal, the problem is VAT (usually 20%) that your customers have to pay for everything over 15 EUR/$18 USD that enter EU from China. Just be sure to mention that otherwise you will have many angry customers and refunds requests.

Sure it's legal as long as the products you are dropshipping are legal in the eurozone.

You can include VAT in selling price for EU customers.

How exactly? If you include the VAT - you have to go to customs, release the goods yourself, pay the VAT and then resend the item to the customer. Or is there another way?

No i meant that I set up another domain to send Eu customers from FB ads then I charge a higher price.

If you have EU suppliers - sure. But thats not dropshipping from China, like the OP is asking..

I was running a store for the french market.
The issue was the VAT, Shopify adds them automatically in the final price if you allow them too.
And they were product we couldn't dropship because they weren't allowed in the eurozone. Be careful about that.

Hi, we are a dropshipping agent and we ship hundreds of parcels to EU for our clients every day. There is no legal issue and no VAT. If you transfer the parcels in some of the EU countries and then ship to rest of the EU, as long as declaration value is less than 22EUR then no VAT.
