Hello guys just a small question!
while doing product testing i wont have the product in my inventory so lets say if i starting testing on facebook ads and if a lot of customer purchase my product how am i gonna ship it to them ? we will be doing 1 - 3 days free shipping on our shopify. How do i do product testing with no products? i am down to put a lot of money into this thing if its gonna work but i dont know what do to if a customer purchase my product white on a testing phase

I think you should not run the ads until you have full inventory. I will call this dumb move if you do.

itll be dumber if i have inventory run ads and the product dont tend to do good no? idk bro what can i do in this situtation

While testing just do dropship after you get roi complete inventory

if the product starts to get traction, you can send personalized messages to customers who buy it and apologize for delay in shipping or pause the ads and get inventory. You can also order a few products to start with. You can send additional free gift with the first orders...many ways. I've seen that people usually understand and are patient when you send them a message. Good luck

that's why there are fulfillment companies, get the order and send them the customer info and they fulfill, simple as that.
Its when you want to scale you begin talks about private labelling and storing inventory
