Hello everyone,
As I did not find any profits in the last few months because I cant activate Shopify payments. Im A Non-Us citizen , I live in middle-east.
So we only have Paypal Checkout, Other payments are useless.
So I went to activate my shopify payments as I change my shop location to USA , and put my shopandship address and my personal payoneer account, and a Fake EIN, for I cant have one because the IRS offices are closer during Covid 19, so I close everything and return to middle-east location.
I've tried another way inwhich I changed my country to Newzeland then created Transferwire bank and connected it with shopify, here again everything is activated , yet I read that If I get alot of profits Shopify will FREEZE my account because this move is illegal.

So , What to do?
1- How Can I activate my shopify payments without Having LLC??
2- Should I create LLC in USA OR UK??
3- HOW THE IRS calculate TAXES as Im a non-us citizen??
4- anyone who is very expert, pleaee if he can pm me, it's been aweek since I stopped everything either shopify or facebook ads.
