If i am dropshipping from Amazon to Ebay. How do I deal with the return process IF It were to happen..

Would I tell buyer to ship back to Amazon Location?

Would I tell buyter to ship to my home address and I ship it to Amazon?

Do I wait for amazon to refund me or.. what?

Has anyone had this happened before? This has not happened but i just want to know if it were to happen

Thanks

That is a great question. I am looking to start the Amazon to eBay drop shipping method and would love an answer to this as well.

Great questions. Don't sweat returns, just do it through Amazon return system it's very hassle-free. You then forward shipping label to buyer

If a person is upset with receiving an amazon package, and then looks up the price of the item he purchased on Amazon and sees that it is lower, eBay has drop-shipping information in their TOC that you can direct him to.

It is completely legal to sell amazon products on eBay (google it if you don't believe me)

Howevvvveerrrr....

Amazon doesn't like the whole dropshipping thing (if Amazon Prime free shipping it utilized for dropshipping)... Be careful when a customers wants his money back and a different product because he will contact Amazon, which then can be linked back to you, which can result in your Amazon account being banned.

Good luck!

just use amazon/ebay messaging system to get products back to your own address-if dropshipping from china more then likely it is not possible to return goods for refunds either resend if not damaged to new customer or work out a deal with the dropshipped for refunds.

Here is the answer to all your questions. I have been dropshipping on eBay for quite some time and doing well with it. Check out my blog for free simple steps on dropshipping. John Donahoe doesn't like it but legally they can't do anything about it but here is the answer to the shipping returns question.

When a customer wishes to return an item that may be damaged or maybe the customer decides he doesn't like it nor does he want it, he must ship the item back to YOU the seller so you can either re-sell it if it's not damaged, or you can then send it back to Amazon yourself. You must send it back to Amazon yourself because you have to log in to Amazon and print out your shipping return UPS pickup label. Amazon will automatically refund your account the minute you click Submit and they give so many days for the item to arrive. Do not select to return the item itself on Amazon (within your account) until the eBay buyer has sent back your item. You must inspect it, and as I said, you could keep it for future re-sale, or send it back.

Steps:

1. Buyer doesn't want item, you tell buyer to go ahead and ship it back, send the buyer refund once item is received.
2. Log into Amazon account and select return/refund item.
3. When item arrives from buyer inspect it, decide if you wish to keep for re-sale send back to Amazon.
4. If sending back, print Amazon return UPS label.
5. Get good feedback from buyer and move on to the next eBay idiot.

Just request a return label from Amazon, when they send it to you, save the label and send the buyer an email to their paypal email with the label attached. Notify them on eBay of your email and that's all it takes. No reason to have it sent to your own residence...

Funny how you promote your blog that promotes drop-shipping from Amazon to eBay with a "plain brown box". There is no such thing and this is just a Amazon affiliate link for you to profit from, kind of scummy of you, no?

You seem to have a cool thing going and have some constructive things to say, but you should re-think the idea of lying to people if you're going to promote your blog here. There is no way possible to change the type of box you get from Amazon. If you're gonna do that, what else are you misleading people about bro? ;)

When checking the source code of http://www.plainboxshipping.net/ I do not see anything that could make it possible to get your order delivered in a different box than standard amazon box ....

lol thats my exact point. Its a scam that has been going on for a long time, started by Roger Langille. Amazon does not have that option and you can even call them and they will tell you the same thing.

But at the end of the day, is it really worth drop-shipping from amazon to ebay.

I honestly wouldnt, better off finding a wholesale dropshipper on alibaba and make money if the item sells

I live in a state that does not allow the shipment of Alibaba items, so for me it is in fact worth it.

I netted over $90k in sales last year and only had about 50-100 items listed at one time. With that small amount of work, it was worth it and still is worth it. Although, I do agree, finding a wholesale dropshipper could increase margins.

Ok, LEWY2K is a youtube user by the channel name of mattzolo *possibly an Optimum Online IP address used, he paid a ddos'er to attack my blog site and another eBay critic's website about 12 months ago. This kid maybe working for PayPal or he maybe working for Hubcapjoes. I have the proof and he's obviously trying to stir up garbage on this forum like his previous buddy "Steelballs" (Banned) tried to do here before a while back.

Just Google "Blue Angel Host DDos" and view the blueangelhost.wordpress link. These people you don't want here trust me.

This youtuber has been trying to smear my good name for over two years now along with a top rated seller named Hubcapjoes who is affiliated with eBay and PayPal employees. You may know this guy he runs a youtube channel called "Crazeenydriver" AKA Hubcapjoes on ebay Motors.

We documented these creeps over at Shillbusters Org for over 12 months. You can also Google "Team Ebay Smear Campaign" this kid (LEWY2K) has been following me everywhere I go for 2 years smearing my name and telling people I am a scammer. Someone at eBay Inc doesn't like the fact that I promote Amazon while beating up on Ebay. We are unable to connect eBay yet to this mess, but it stinks like dead fish.

This Mattzolo (hubcapjoes) self proclaimed code slinger and webmaster works with a guy named Spokonzaga Pete from YouTube that was (permanently banned) from BHW a while back under the name Steelballs.

Here is the SCOOP! A neutral party Doc from Ebay Motors Sucks and myself documented everything about these people. They are hiding behind fake youtube channels which in fact may be Lithium Technology shill reputation management accounts.

Crazeenydriver - Youtube AKA Hubcapjoes on eBay Motors
Man responsible for putting me in the news and orchestrating a Smear Campaign against me. I'm tough though because this eBay critic doesn't lay down for nobody.

Works with Paypal and eBay employees Roy Daves Senior VP Ebay Motors Sales and Scott Henshaw of PayPal
This man accused me of bidding on items of his after I exposed him bashing eBay and PayPal for 7 years on his YouTube channel biting the hand that was feeding him for years.

LMAO, what the fuck? I've never even heard of you dude, I don't even know what half that shit you are even talking about is... I'm actually laughing my ass off. First, I don't have a youtube channel that I personally upload videos to. Second, I couldn't even DDOS someone if I wanted to, I don't even know who to contact about that type of stuff.

Working for Paypal? Seriously? lol This is hilarious.

Like honestly, I dont even know what half this shit you are even talking about is...

What I do is have it shipped to my house for free and repackage it altogether or buy it then sell it on Ebay. It costs a little shipping but saves a big hassle.

Anything over $35 you get shipping for free. You are making a lot of work for yourself and the added shipping expense is actually your profit. Now if you are buying items under $35 in quantity then I can see doing that. But I recommend you try and drop ship items $35 or more that can yield you at least a $10 profit. I've been doing this for a long time.
