why I can't get any coupons when I enter my email on your website? 2 weeks is the maximum shipping time to the USA?
2 weeks is the average shipping time to the US, sometimes it takes even less.
You can't get coupons just by entering any email address, you have to get in touch with me first. You can do it through my website since I am unable to respond to PM's in here.

I have responded to all email and fulfilled all orders created on my website.
The first product I ordered arrived at my customer, it took more than 2 weeks. USPS really works quite strange, it takes 3 days from Singapore to USA and another almost 2 weeks WITHIN the US.
Ordered a second item now, waiting for tracking number for almost a week now. Tracking numbers are not given out when the item is shipped but way later, which might cause problems if done in larger amounts on amazon, if you have to stay updated on all tracking numbers and re-confirm shipping all the time.
That is true though not accurate. I can (and told you so) send you DHL tracking numbers the same day I ship, but since US customers are using USPS's website to track everything it is better to wait until we have a USPS tracking number, and for this reason we have to wait until the item gets to the US.
For my last order, I never got any tracking number, also no reply to my numerous emails for weeks. So I will discontinue selling this product. If you do not give tracking, shipping is totally out of my control which is not good for my account health.
